Job summary

Boomering Inc. is hiring a Bookkeeper with 2–4 years of Australian bookkeeping experience to support a Perth-based accounting firm from a work-from-home setup. You will reconcile daily transactions, handle payroll in line with Australian awards, and prepare BAS/IAS and financial statements for review.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s in accounting/finance and strong Xero/MYOB skills. Industry tools like Karbon, XPM, Dext, Hubdoc and related apps are valued.

Qualifications

• Qualified bookkeeper with 2–4 years Australian experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in accounting/finance.
• Strong Xero and MYOB experience required.
• Proficient with Australian payroll including awards and superannuation.

Responsibilities

• Daily bank reconciliations across client files in Xero/MYOB.
• Process weekly/fortnightly/monthly payroll with correct entitlements.
• Prepare BAS and IAS for review.
• Produce monthly financial statements and cash flows.
• Record time in Karbon and XPM; prepare client files for onshore review.
