This full-time, work-from-home role requires solid Australian bookkeeping, payroll, BAS, and STP experience to service Australian clients remotely.

You will handle end-to-end bookkeeping, BAS lodgement, payroll processing, and reporting, maintaining records and liaising with the Melbourne team while aligning hours with

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years' hands-on bookkeeping/payroll experience with Australian clients
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills

Responsibilities

• End-to-end bookkeeping for Australian clients using Xero, MYOB, and/or QuickBooks
• Preparation and lodgement of BAS/IAS per ATO requirements
• Process weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payroll including PAYG, superannuation, and STP reporting
• Bank reconciliations and general ledger maintenance
• Prepare management reports and financial statements for senior accountants
• Liaise with Melbourne-based team on queries, deadlines, and reporting requirements
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure Australian accounting standards compliance
