Job summary

PeoplePartners is seeking two AU RTO Learning & Compliance Specialists to support one of our Australian education clients. You will design and improve competency-based training, ensure audit readiness, and align learning materials with RTO standards.

This role is 100% remote, with day shifts aligned to AEST. You will collaborate with trainers and stakeholders to deliver compliant, high-quality learning resources and onboarding materials.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in learning design, assessment development, or compliance within an Australian RTO.
• Strong understanding of the Standards for RTOs 2025.
• Knowledge of competency-based training and assessment principles.
• Hands-on experience developing assessment tools, marking guides, and mapping documents.
• Experience supporting assessment validation, internal audits, and RTO compliance activities.
• LMS platforms such as Moodle or Canvas.
• Familiarity with student management systems and instructional design tools.
• Understanding of e-learning development and SCORM-compliant content.
• Detail-oriented, analytical thinker with problem-solving skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication; able to work independently and with remote teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, review, and update competency-based training and assessment resources.
• Create assessment tools, marking guides, and mapping documents.
• Ensure training materials comply with RTO Standards 2025 and regulatory requirements.
• Support internal compliance audits, assessment validation, and continuous improvement.
• Identify assessment gaps and compliance risks for improvement.
• Maintain training resources, assessment documentation, and audit evidence.
• Manage learning content within LMS and update SCORM-compliant content.
• Collaborate with trainers, assessors, and stakeholders to improve quality.
• Explore AI and digital learning tools to support content improvements.
• Deliver tasks within timelines and quality standards.
