Liviti Property in Australia seeks an experienced Australian Mortgage Loan Processor / Credit Analyst based in the Philippines to support our growing finance operations and Australian mortgage team.

You will manage and process Australian residential mortgage applications from submission through to approval and settlement, assess income and servicing, liaise with brokers and lenders, and ensure compliance across the lending process.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of Australian mortgage experience.
• Experience as Mortgage Loan Processor, Credit Analyst, Parabroker, Mortgage Broker Support, Loan Administrator, or similar AU mortgage role.
• Strong understanding of the Australian residential mortgage lending process.
• Strong knowledge of income verification, servicing calculations, loan structures, and lender policies.
• Excellent attention to detail, handling sensitive financial information and strong organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple loan applications and competing deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive approach to following up applications and resolving outstanding requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process Australian residential mortgage applications from submission through to approval and settlement.
• Review borrower identification, income, financials, assets, liabilities, and supporting docs.
• Conduct income, servicing, and preliminary borrowing capacity assessments.
• Prepare accurate and complete loan applications for submission to lenders.
• Liaise with mortgage brokers, lenders, BDMs, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor applications and proactively follow up on outstanding requirements.
• Review lender policies and assist with identifying suitable lending options.
• Assist with credit assessment and ensure applications meet lender requirements.
• Track loan milestones from submission to settlement.
• Identify potential issues or missing information delaying an application.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation is stored and updated.
• Support Liviti Finance and Property Investment teams with mortgage-related requirements.
• Ensure applications are processed efficiently with high accuracy and compliance.
