Remote Employee BPO Phil Inc. is seeking an AU Bookkeeper (Xero) for an AU-based client, offering a competitive basic salary and remote, work-from-home setup. The role covers accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, payroll, and month-end reporting.

You will handle BAS, IAS, TPAR, year-end activities, and liaise with clients across industries. Requires 3+ years in public practice, strong Xero skills, and the ability to work independently or with a team while meeting deadlines.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years bookkeeping in a Public Practice environment (AU-based client).
• Strong knowledge of Payroll, BAS, IAS, TPAR and payroll tax returns.
• Experience with Xero and cloud-based programs.
• Experience with end-to-end AP/AR and reconciliations.
• Able to work independently and in a team; reception duties occasionally.
