Remotee, through our sister company Recruit Sync, is seeking a highly experienced Blue Collar / Construction Recruitment Resourcer to support Australian recruitment agency clients across construction and heavy industrial sectors.

The role focuses on sourcing and engaging candidates for blue-collar, trades, industrial and casual temp recruitment roles, with emphasis on East Coast Australia, especially NSW. Strong sourcing, screening and ATS experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in recruitment as a senior resourcer.
• MUST HAVE 2+ years' experience supporting Australian recruitment agencies in the blue-collar, construction and heavy industrial sector.
• Experience sourcing candidates using SEEK, job boards, databases and ATS platforms.
• Experience using recruitment ATS systems such as Bullhorn, JobAdder, or similar.
• Strong candidate screening and interview coordination experience.
• Ability to write clear candidate summaries and shortlist notes.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple vacancies at once.

Responsibilities

• Source suitable candidates for Australian client roles, with a strong focus on East Coast AU/New South Wales markets, across SEEK, job boards, databases and referrals.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and qualification calls.
• Prepare candidate summaries, shortlist notes and client-ready profiles.
• Manage candidate communication, follow-ups and interview coordination.
• Maintain accurate records across ATS, CRM and task management systems.
• Track recruitment pipelines, interview progress, client feedback and outstanding actions.
• Support recruitment consultants with market mapping, talent pooling and salary benchmarking.
• Post and manage job advertisements where required.
• Assist with reference checks, compliance checks and documentation and onboarding coordination.
• Ensure a high-quality experience for candidates, clients and internal recruitment teams.

Job Brief

Remotee, through our sister company Recruit Sync, is seeking a highly experienced Blue Collar / Construction Recruitment Resourcer to support an Australian recruitment agency client across the Constructionand/or heavy industrial sectors.

This role will focus heavily on sourcing and engaging candidates for blue collar, trades, industrial and casual temp recruitment roles, including high-volume candidate sourcing, talent pooling, candidate communication, ATS updates, interview coordination and shortlist preparation. Sourcing will be heavily focused on candidates based on the East Coast of Australia, particularly NEW SOUTH WALES (NSW).

The role is suited to someone who is confident working across fast-moving temporary recruitment environments, understands the pace and urgency of blue-collar recruitment, and can support Australian recruitment consultants by identifying reliable, suitable and compliant candidates quickly and professionally.

The candidate must have strong experience sourcing candidates across areas such as Construction, mining, manufacturing, trades, labour hire, industrial services, warehousing, logistics or similar blue-collar sectors.

Mandatory Requirements
