Job summary

The role is a full-time, independent contractor engagement requiring 3+ years in account/relationship management, strong English, and excellent organisational and communication skills. You’ll manage inquiries, renewals, and stakeholder communications using CRM and event tools.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in account management or related roles.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with confidence speaking to senior professionals.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Experience with CRM, membership, event management and productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with existing members, including regular communication and follow-ups.
• Build a consistent approach to member engagement and identify opportunities to increase involvement and support renewals.
• Understand member needs, interests, and priorities and follow up on relevant opportunities.
• Communicate confidently with senior stakeholders across the payments industry.
• Maintain accurate member records, contacts, and engagement activity in relevant systems.
• Use Zoho Backstage to manage member and event information, including attendee lists and RSVPs.
• Support member events, roundtables, and communications as needed.
• Manage emails, follow-ups, and member enquiries professionally and on time.
• Use tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, and Asana to manage communication, tasks, and information.
• Work independently, manage priorities, and make sound decisions without close supervision.
