Job summary

Hunt St Pty Ltd is seeking a seasoned Account Manager based in the Philippines to own member relationships for a leading payments association. You will drive engagement, identify opportunities, and support renewals, working with senior professionals across payments.

The role is remote, contracted directly by the client, and aligned with AU business hours. Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in account management, strong English communication, and the ability to work independently in a remote setup

Responsibilities

Manage relationships with existing members, including regular communication and follow-ups.
Build a consistent approach to member engagement and renewals.
Understand member needs, interests, and priorities; follow up on opportunities.
Communicate confidently with senior stakeholders across the payments industry.
Maintain accurate member records and engagement activity.
Use Zoho Backstage to manage member and event information.
Support member events, roundtables, and communications as needed.
Manage emails, follow-ups, and member enquiries professionally and on time.
Use Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, and Asana to coordinate work.
