Job summary

Project E Beauty Limited is seeking an Associate Art Creative Director to lead concept and design for bold campaigns, working remotely from Manila. You will craft visuals, storyboards, and multimedia pieces while guiding a talented team to deliver on-brand, cutting-edge work.

With 6–8 years in art direction and 1–2 years of leadership, you’ll drive digital content across social, email, and web channels, leveraging Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and AI tools to elevate the brand.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in art direction or creative roles within a design agency or brand-focused environment.
• 1–2 years of team leadership experience.
• Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Advertising, or related field.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; experience in Keynote, PowerPoint, and AI tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design above-the-line and digital campaigns with brand consistency.
• Develop key visuals, storyboards, and multimedia projects against tight timelines.
• Oversee the creative process from ideation to final production with cross-functional teams.
• Coach junior designers and inspire high-quality output.
• Lead the creation of visually engaging content for digital channels to drive engagement.
• Stay ahead of trends and integrate cutting-edge design across platforms.
