Qualifications

• 5+ years in art direction or related creative discipline.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategy and briefs into compelling visual concepts and executions.
• Design across a multidisciplinary mix of touchpoints including social, campaigns, digital assets, print, and events.
• Develop cohesive visual systems that scale across channels and experiences.
• Take projects from concept to final execution with ownership and independence.
• Collaborate with brand, marketing, content, growth, partnerships, events, and leadership to align objectives.
• Present concepts clearly and articulate the rationale behind visual decisions.
