Project E Beauty Limited is seeking an Associate Art Creative Director to lead concept and design for bold campaigns, working remotely from Manila. You will craft visuals, storyboards, and multimedia pieces while guiding a talented team to deliver on-brand, cutting-edge work.

With 6–8 years in art direction and 1–2 years of leadership, you’ll drive digital content across social, email, and web channels, leveraging Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and AI tools to elevate the brand.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in art direction or creative roles within a design agency or brand-focused environment.
• 1–2 years of team leadership experience.
• Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Advertising, or related field.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; experience in Keynote, PowerPoint, and AI tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

Associate Art Creative Director, Art-Based (WFH)

Creative Leadership: Conceptualize and design compelling above-the-line and digital campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and a contemporary, edgy aesthetic across all platforms.

Visual Storytelling: Develop key visuals, storyboards, and multimedia projects that resonate with audiences, leveraging typography, color, and photography to create memorable experiences.

Project Management: Oversee the entire creative process from ideation to final production, managing timelines, quality, and coordination with cross-functional teams and vendors.

Team Mentorship: Guide and inspire junior designers, fostering professional growth and ensuring high-quality creative output.

Innovation & Trends: Stay ahead of digital, social, and mobile trends, integrating cutting-edge design styles and emerging technologies to transform our brand and engage customers.

Who We're Looking For:

Experience: 6-8 years in art direction or creative roles within an design agency, brand-focused environment, with at least 1-2 year of team leadership experience.

Education: Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Advertising, or a related field.

Digital Marketing Execution: Lead the creation of visually engaging content for digital marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and web platforms, to drive customer engagement and conversions.

Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.), with experience in Keynote, PowerPoint, and AI applications (e.g., ChatGPT) as a plus.

Creative Flair: Strong artistic sense with a keen eye for detail, contemporary design, and aesthetics. Skills in photography, video editing or animation are highly desirable.

Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing successfully launched work that demonstrates strategic, conceptual, and creative excellence.

Soft Skills: Proactive, organized, and able to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Excellent collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
