Job summary

KMC Solutions' Retail Creative team is looking for a seasoned art director who can lead concept-to-delivery for retail campaigns across channels. You will work with brand guidelines and templates, shaping visuals that meet client expectations and timelines.

You will collaborate with photographers, digital artists and retouchers, review artwork, and help implement AI-enabled workflows to speed up production while preserving quality. Strong Adobe CC and InDesign skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experienced in Advertising Agency, telco, banking or similar accounts and able to work to tight deadlines.
• Enthusiastic and knowledgeable about using AI and tech-enabled workflows to enhance creative execution.
• Solid design and art direction skills across image creation (photography and digitally created) and design layouts.
• Strong time management and prioritising skills
• Commercially oriented and able to work creatively within a set process and inflexible deadlines.
• Clear and effective communication with both internal teams and clients as required

Responsibilities

• Create scamps/mudmaps for retail catalogues based on product briefs, using templates and styleguides to inform creative execution.
• Conceptualise lifestyle imagery (products in use) to elevate quality and aspiration for our clients’ products.
• Collaborate with Photographers, Digital Artists and Retouchers to create imagery aligned with client expectations and your creative vision.
• Work as part of a Delivery team to review artwork files, refine and finesse layouts to maintain quality outputs through all channels.
• Contribute to testing and implementing new tech-enabled workflows across your areas of responsibility to enhance speed to market while maintaining creative integrity.
