Job summary

OPTIMAL PH is seeking an Assistant Team Leader (Management Level) to guide a group of Assistant Property Managers, applying real estate and property management expertise with practical coaching. You will interact with Senior Management regularly to review performance and opportunities to grow the client relationship while ensuring high standards and on-time deliverables.

Ideal candidates are technically strong, proactive, detail oriented, calm under pressure, and capable of rallying a team

Qualifications

• 3+ years of property management or real estate experience.
• Experience using AppFolio, Buildium, Yardi, or Rent Manager.
• 1–2 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily team operations with accurate, timely tasks.
• Review end-of-shift reports for productivity, workload, and team coordination.
• Act as main contact for team members; provide guidance and support.
• Coach and mentor team members; conduct regular check-ins and feedback.
• Lead onboarding and training of new hires; support ongoing team development.
• Work with U.S. clients to review deliverables, align on priorities; identify opportunities.
• Assist clients with system improvements and new tools/features.
• Prepare weekly/monthly team performance reports.
• Update SOPs, templates, and training materials.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and risk controls.
• Support performance evaluations and development planning.
• Escalate risks or issues to management when necessary.
