Job summary

OPTIMAL is a property management support company partnering with real estate investors and managers across North America. We are seeking a Team Leader - Property Manager to oversee daily operations, coordinate tenant and maintenance tasks, and mentor a growing team.

The role emphasizes leadership, process improvement, and adherence to internal controls while delivering timely reports and guiding staff toward key KPIs. Work location is remote with Philippine-based team support.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in real estate or property management.
• Experience with property-management software (AppFolio, Buildium, Yardi, RentManager).
• 2+ years in leadership with reporting to management.
• Strong ownership, independent decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality and efficiency of property management tasks.
• Review attendance logs, shift reports, and daily outputs.
• Serve as main contact for team members and support.
• Mentor and train new hires and staff.
• Lead onboarding and training programs.
• Prepare monthly productivity and management reports.
• Develop procedures to improve operational efficiency.
• Assist with staffing, performance evaluations, and promotions.
• Ensure adherence to policies and internal controls.
• Record training sessions and create materials.
• Set example and guide team toward KPIs.
