Qualifications

• 3+ years in property management or real estate required.
• Experience with property management software AppFolio, Buildium, Yardi, or Rent Manager.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience mentoring or coaching a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily team operations and ensure timely, accurate tasks.
• Review end-of-shift reports to monitor productivity and workload.
• Serve as main point of contact for team members, offering guidance.
• Coach, mentor, and conduct regular performance check-ins.
• Lead onboarding and ongoing training for new hires.
• Collaborate with U.S. clients to review deliverables and priorities.
• Identify opportunities to improve tools and processes.
• Prepare weekly/monthly team performance reports.
• Update SOPs, templates, and training materials.
• Ensure compliance with policies, quality standards, and risk controls.
• Assist with performance evaluations and development planning.
• Escalate risks or issues to management as needed.
