Emapta Philippines is hiring an Assistant Accountant - Strata & Insurance to support reliable transactions, compliant reporting, and informed financial decisions for Australian clients. This full-time role offers permanent work-from-home, day shift, and opportunities to grow within a technology-enabled services environment.

You will handle bank reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, and reporting support using Xero and Microsoft 365, with mentoring from Team Leader.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Australian accounting or bookkeeping experience.
• Proficiency in Xero and Microsoft 365.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly and adapt to processes.
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• Capable of working calmly under pressure with tight deadlines.
• Team-oriented with ability to follow established QC processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform bank reconciliations for strata or owners corporation accounts and insurance company accounts.
• Process supplier invoices and owner payments within deadlines.
• Prepare electronic payment runs for Team Leader review.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable; follow up on balances.
• Maintain accurate financial records for client accounts.
