Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced arts program directors to help train AI models on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. This fully remote, part-time role offers flexible 5-20 hours per week with ASAP start and compensation at $70/hour.

You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated materials across scholarly and public-facing contexts, drawing on 4+ years in museums or arts nonprofits to ensure high-quality, board-ready writing and presentation craft.

Qualifications

• 4+ years working in a museum, gallery, cultural institution, arts nonprofit, or academic humanities setting producing scholarly or public-facing written material
• Demonstrated command of art-historical, literary, or cultural research methods and the ability to translate scholarship into clear, board- or public-ready writing
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail
