Ethos is seeking experienced medical affairs directors to help train our latest AI language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.

Qualified candidates will have 5+ years in clinical research, biomedical science, or regulatory affairs, with expert-level writing and review of clinical study reports, protocol synopses, and regulatory dossiers. Remote, flexible schedule; $100/hour; 5–20 hours per week; ASAP start.

Qualifications

• Direct experience authoring or reviewing clinical study reports, protocol synopses, or regulatory dossier modules for a pharmaceutical, biotech, or CRO organization
• Deep familiarity with ICH-GCP standards, FDA/EMA regulatory expectations, and the scientific rigor required in investigator brochures and medical affairs materials
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail
