Multiply Mii is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage full-cycle invoicing and collections for EPC projects in a 100% remote role in the Philippines. The candidate will collaborate with project teams to ensure timely billing, accurate contracts, and smooth cash flow.

Ideal applicants have 3+ years in AR, strong Excel skills, and experience with Vista or Viewpoint ERP systems. The role emphasizes accuracy, communication, and cross-functional teamwork in a fast-paced remote

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in full-cycle accounts receivable.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (Vista or Viewpoint) and construction invoicing preferred.
• Experience with progress/milestone billing and collections.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process customer invoices for EPC projects.
• Review contracts and POs to ensure billing accuracy.
• Coordinate with Project Managers for billing approvals and documentation.
• Monitor accounts and follow up on outstanding invoices.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues.
• Apply payments and reconcile accounts receivable balances.
• Assist with month-end closing and reporting.
