Job summary

First Advantage Philippines is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our finance team. You will focus on collections, contact customers about overdue invoices, and ensure timely payment while maintaining positive client relationships.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of AR experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, and PowerPoint. We offer a hybrid work setup and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of accounts receivable, credit, or collections experience.
• Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to work graveyard shifts and Philippine holidays.
• Completion of an accounting-related course is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor aging reports and identify delinquent accounts.
• Contact customers via phone, email, or mail to follow up on overdue payments.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and resolve billing disputes.
• Document all collection activities and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with billing and sales teams to resolve account discrepancies.
• Escalate unresolved accounts to management or third-party agencies as needed.
