The ideal candidate has experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in case management or customer service roles.
• Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor aging reports and identify delinquent accounts
• Contact customers via phone, email, or mail to follow up on overdue payments
• Negotiate payment arrangements and resolve billing disputes
• Document all collection activities and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with the billing and sales teams to resolve account discrepancies
• Escalate unresolved accounts to management or third-party collection agencies as needed
