Remote Raven seeks an AR Billing Specialist to manage billing activities for an assigned portfolio of communities, including builder invoicing, resident statements, miscellaneous billing, payment posting, and account maintenance.

This full-time, 100% remote role collaborates with builder contacts, community teams, residents, and internal departments to ensure billing is accurate and timely, while maintaining organized records and supporting special projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in AR billing or accounts receivable preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office.
• Ability to manage multiple communities and deadlines.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate and distribute builder invoices according to established frequencies.
• Maintain Excel and PDF copies of builder invoices and supporting documents.
• Generate and process resident statements monthly/quarterly/annually as required.
• Review billing activity for errors and process adjustments to ensure accuracy.
• Post builder payments and prepare coding and backup for deposits.
• Maintain and update builder billing trackers and AR information sheets.
