SmartScale360 is hiring a high-energy Sales Support Assistant to support a U.S.-based business through lead generation, cold calling, speed-to-lead response, outbound outreach, and appointment setting.

This remote, part-time role requires proactive, results-driven professionals who thrive in a fast-paced sales environment, respond quickly to inquiries, and consistently follow up to generate opportunities and bookings.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, cold calling, lead generation, speed-to-lead or appointment setting.
• Strong speed-to-lead practices and prompt response to inquiries.
• High-energy, goal-oriented and results-driven with target motivation.

Responsabilités

• Generate new leads through prospect research, cold calling, and outbound outreach.
• Respond rapidly to new inbound leads to maximize contact rates and conversions.
• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to engage prospects and generate interest.
• Follow up consistently with prospects via phone, email and other channels.
• Qualify leads by assessing needs and readiness to move forward.
• Schedule and confirm appointments for the sales team.
• Re-engage unresponsive leads and nurture prospects.
