Asiatel Outsourcing, a Philippines-founded outsourcing company listed on the TSX Venture Exchange, is seeking an Appointment Setter / Outbound Cold Caller to support international clients in the Beauty, Health & Wellness sector. You will reach out to potential business clients, present products, generate interest, qualify prospects, and set appointments for the sales team.

• Excellent spoken English with clear pronunciation and a professional voice.
• Strong verbal communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience making outbound calls and initiating conversations with prospects.
• Experience in cold calling, outbound sales, telemarketing or B2B sales.
• Ability to introduce products or services and generate interest over the phone.
• Persuasive, target-driven with daily KPIs or performance metrics.
• Good organizational skills to manage leads and appointment schedules.
• Basic computer skills and CRM familiarity.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with reliable internet.

• Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective business clients using provided contact lists and lead databases.
• Introduce the company, its products, and services in a clear, engaging, and professional manner.
• Generate interest and identify potential business opportunities through effective conversations.
• Qualify leads by understanding prospects' needs, interests, and potential fit.
• Schedule appointments and sales meetings for the business development or sales team.
• Follow up with prospective clients through phone calls and emails to maintain engagement.
• Handle initial questions, objections, and inquiries professionally.
• Maintain accurate and updated records of calls, prospect information, follow-ups, and scheduled appointments.
• Consistently meet daily outbound calling targets, lead generation goals, and appointment-setting KPIs.
• Represent the company professionally in all interactions with prospective clients.
