Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in appointment setting, lead generation, telemarketing, sales, or customer service.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Confident engaging with prospects, handling objections, and turning conversations into opportunities.
• Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Skilled at building rapport and maintaining positive customer relationships.
• Resilient, self-motivated, and able to handle rejection professionally.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office; experience with Word and Excel is an advantage.
• A collaborative team player with a positive and professional attitude.
• Open to coaching, training, and continuous professional development.
• Results-driven with a strong desire to achieve and exceed performance goals.
