Job summary

MicroSourcing is hiring an Application Engineer to support clients remotely from the Philippines. You will handle technical queries, troubleshoot Centroid systems, and assist with onboarding, configuration, and integration with liquidity providers and takers.

The role emphasizes strong communication and client-facing support in a midshift, work-from-home setup. You will collaborate with a global team, contribute to post-go-live maintenance, and maintain clear release notes and documentation

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• At least 3 years of client-facing application support experience.
• Basic knowledge of Networking, TCP/IP, and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Handle clients' technical queries and provide timely resolutions.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents related to Centroid systems and trading operations.
• Support client onboarding activities from planning through post-go-live maintenance.
• Assist clients with system configuration and integration of new components, including LPs and takers.
• Serve as front-line support via email, chat, and phone and escalate complex issues to development as needed.
• Maintain and update release changelogs and support documentation for new deployments.
