Somewhere is seeking a Property Accountant to manage books for multiple properties in AppFolio on a remote basis. The role involves monthly accrual closes, owner distributions, and ensuring accuracy of statements across a diversified portfolio.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of property accounting experience, a finance-related degree, and a proactive approach to documenting processes and maintaining clean data in AppFolio.

Qualifications

• Fluent English is required.
• Minimum 3 years of property accounting experience.
• Experience with AppFolio software is required.
• Understanding trust accounts structures and choosing/defending the approach.

Responsabilités

• Maintain books for every property and owner.
• Close monthly on a full accrual basis.
• Ensure timely and accurate owner payments.
