Job summary

AgileOne Group is hiring an AP Associate for a fully remote role working US time in the night shift. You will handle AP invoices, payments, and vendor setup, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

The ideal candidate has a BS in Business and 2+ years in accounts payable or accounting, with strong English communication, excellent follow-up, and solid data-entry skills. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of PHP 50,000 to 65,000 per month.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Business or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable and/or Accounting.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Team player with excellent follow-up.
• Proficient in Excel and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze invoices and process payments accurately.
• Code general ledger accounts and cost centers for invoices.
• Review vendor information and ensure data integrity.
• Enter approved AP invoices in Concur/ERP promptly.
• Ensure timely payments following internal controls.
• Suggest improvements to AP workflows for efficiency.
• Provide backup support to teammates as needed.
