Job summary

FBGC Limited is seeking a Sales & Marketing Assistant to support Amazon and other e-commerce platforms from a remote Philippines role. You will manage daily marketplace operations, assist with product launches, and coordinate marketing activities while liaising with the Sales & Marketing team.

The ideal candidate has hands-on Amazon Seller Central experience and can manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced remote environment. Filipino candidates based in the Philippines are welcome.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years hands-on experience managing Amazon marketplaces.
• Experience with Amazon Seller Central is required.
• Experience with other platforms such as Shopify, Walmart, eBay, TikTok Shop or Mercado Libre is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of marketplace operations, product listings, SEO, and online sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support daily operations across multiple sales channels including Amazon, Shopify, eBay and Walmart.
• Track performance, sales trends, rankings, inventory status and key marketplace metrics.
• Manage product uploads, images, SEO content, keywords, pricing and information.
• Coordinate with internal teams and partners to ensure launches are on schedule.
• Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Prepare reports and analyze sales and marketing performance to identify trends.
