FBC Asia Pacific Inc. is seeking a Marketing Virtual Assistant to support marketing campaigns, lead generation, CRM management, and administrative tasks.

The role focuses on marketing administration with potential growth into broader marketing duties as the business scales. Training will be provided, and you’ll work remotely from the Philippines with flexible afternoons aligned to Australian Eastern Standard Time.

Responsibilities

• Provide Marketing & Content Support: create branded graphics in Canva, format LinkedIn posts, schedule content, edit basic videos, update WordPress pages.
• Lead Generation & CRM: research ICPs with LinkedIn Navigator, explore referral partnerships, run outreach campaigns, keep CRM updated.
• Event & Administrative Support: plan and coordinate workshops/webinars, manage invites and registrations, create event landing pages.
