Multiplymii LLC in the Philippines is seeking an Amazon Account Specialist/Manager to oversee client Amazon channels. You will manage listings, optimize keywords, maintain health metrics, and collaborate with analysts to drive PPC and operations efficiency.

The role requires hands-on experience with Amazon accounts, Excel/Google Sheets, Helium 10, and a readiness for night shifts. You will work remotely with a globally distributed team to deliver sustainable growth for clients' Amazon stores.

Qualifications

At least 2 years of experience in the eCommerce space.
At least 2 years in Amazon Account Management (agency preferred).
Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets.
Hands-on experience with Helium 10 for keyword research.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Amenable to working night/graveyard shifts.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Analyst and Head of Strategy to execute against company KPIs.
Track and maintain overall account health metrics; resolve issues via Brand Registry and Seller Central.
Manage product listings; conduct keyword research; optimize listings for visibility and conversions.
Oversee shipment creation, inventory tracking, and inbound logistics coordination.
Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports with insights; prepare client-facing reports.
Provide general support and administrative tasks as needed.
