Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in financial due diligence, transaction advisory, quality of earnings, audit, or related accounting discipline.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, general ledger data, trial balances, and transaction-level accounting information.
• Experience performing or reviewing financial analyses in Excel.
• Ability to document complex accounting procedures in a clear, structured, and repeatable manner.
• Strong professional judgment and ability to identify when a conclusion is sufficiently supported.
• Excellent written communication skills and interest in applying AI to accounting workflows.
• Ability to work across accounting, product, design, and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Design financial due diligence workflows with steps, inputs, calculations, decision points, outputs, and review requirements.
• Develop AI agent instructions, prompts, data-extraction requirements, and output specifications.
• Build reviewable outputs including workpapers, findings, schedules, and summaries.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to translate practitioner requirements into specifications.
• Validate and improve procedures, test AI outputs, and maintain source-traceability.
