Job summary

AIA Hong Kong and Macau is seeking a Solution Designer (Automation & AI) to translate business requirements into scalable, automated, and AI-enabled designs. Qualifications

• Experience translating business requirements into automation-ready designs.
• Strong understanding of process architecture and system integrations.
• Familiarity with RPA, AI, IDP, and enterprise automation standards.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into automation-ready solution designs (RPA, AI, IDP, integrations).
• Define end-to-end architectures with workflow logic, data inputs/outputs, and AI components.
• Design scalable, secure, and compliant solutions per architecture and governance.
• Design AI-assisted use cases such as document recognition, classification, and routing.
• Collaborate with AI Specialists to ensure feasibility and responsible AI usage.
• Create build-ready design artifacts: blueprints, diagrams, user stories, acceptance criteria.
• Support developers, QA, and UAT by clarifying design intent and issues.
• Participate in design reviews to ensure compliance, risk, and audit readiness.
• Partner with BAs, Process Engineers, and CI Leads to reflect optimized processes.
• Work with IT, Architecture, Data Governance, and Security to validate data compliance.
• Act as translator between business and technical teams for shared understanding.
• Standardize templates and patterns across the Automation & AI COE.
• Identify opportunities to reuse components and improve efficiency.
• Capture lessons learned from QA/UAT into future designs.
