Job summary

Clark Outsourcing is seeking an AI Strategist to work from home, bridging marketing, automation, and product systems to build practical AI tools that improve campaigns, operations, and client experiences. You will design AI-powered workflows, integrate HubSpot with websites and backend systems, and develop AI agents across platforms, collaborating with marketing, creative, and development teams.

You’ll stay current with AI tools and APIs, own projects from concept to execution, and enjoy growth

Qualifications

• Experience with AI APIs and LLM platforms.
• Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, automations, and system integrations.
• Experience integrating HubSpot with websites and external systems.
• Familiarity with AI agents, search systems, and AI workflow design.
• Strong problem-solving and systems-thinking abilities.
• Ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI-powered workflows across marketing, CRM, website, and backend systems.
• Build and manage AI agents for internal operations and client experiences.
• Integrate HubSpot with websites, forms, automations, and backend systems.
• Develop AI-assisted search, research, and recommendation workflows.
• Connect backend/client data to AI systems that generate insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with marketing, creative, and development teams to identify opportunities for automation and optimization.
• Test, troubleshoot, and continuously improve AI systems and workflows.
• Stay current on AI tools, APIs, and emerging technologies and recommend practical applications.
• Build and manage API integrations between platforms, CRMs, websites, and AI tools.
• Create AI agents and conversational workflows.
• Work with platforms such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini and HubSpot.
• Execute AI strategy across marketing operations and customer experience.
• Translate business needs into scalable AI workflows and automations.
• Document systems, processes, and implementation plans.
• Take ownership of projects from concept to execution.
