Job summary

Stratworks, a storytelling and marketing agency, seeks an AI Engineer to drive smarter, data-driven marketing through AI, automation, analytics, dashboards, SEO, and Omnisearch. You will work with Digital, PR, and Content teams to improve workflows, uncover insights, and strengthen brand visibility across AI-powered search platforms.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years in AI, analytics, automation, SEO, or marketing technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Data Analytics/Engineering/Marketing Tech or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in AI, analytics, automation, SEO, or marketing tech.
• Agency experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to use AI across agency operations.
• Build and maintain AI-powered workflows and tools.
• Develop dashboards to track key metrics.
• Conduct SEO audits, keyword research, and competitor analysis.
• Collaborate with Digital, PR, and Content teams to enhance brand visibility across AI-powered search platforms.
• Document best practices and provide AI training.
