Job summary

JustMarkets is seeking an AI Automation Specialist to turn the marketing department into a fast, AI-driven operation. You will design systems to launch campaigns faster, scale content globally, and stay ahead of competitors through automated intelligence.

You will map workflows, build end-to-end automation pipelines, and develop AI agents for compliance checks, copy-editing, and creative briefs. Remote work is available with a strong focus on measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Hands-on automation platform experience (Make.com, n8n, or Zapier).
• Experience with AI/LLM tools via APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic) and LangChain/Flowise.
• Experience with web scraping tools (BeautifulSoup, Scrapy, Selenium).
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, and OAuth.
• Excellent prompt engineering and ability to produce structured outputs.
• Analytical mindset with ability to measure automation impact.

Responsibilities

• Map current marketing workflows to identify bottlenecks and automation opportunities.
• Design, build, and maintain end-to-end automation pipelines covering content and localization workflows, monitoring, and dashboards.
• Write and optimize prompts for LLMs to produce consistent, on-brand outputs.
• Build custom AI agents for compliance checks, copy-editing, or creative brief generation.
• Maintain clean data flows between Google Sheets, Airtable, CRM systems and SQL databases.
• Monitor, debug, and upgrade existing automations as tools evolve.
• Train the marketing team to confidently use the tools and agents built.
