Job summary

Lifted, an Upwork Company™, seeks 6–8 experienced generative AI users to support a pilot series of highly interactive, instructor-led virtual HR workshops. You will join as a contractor working remotely in Zoom breakout rooms, assisting participants and guiding prompts to improve outputs.

As a Coach, you’ll diagnose AI outputs, explain concepts clearly, and help learners at varying levels of AI experience without completing tasks for them. Availability aligns with U.S. Eastern Time hours.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience using generative AI for professional or educational work.
• Ability to refine prompts and troubleshoot outputs across platforms.
• Excellent verbal communication, active listening, critical thinking, and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Support participants in Zoom breakout rooms and assist when they are stuck.
• Diagnose outputs by reviewing objective, prompt, context, and deliverable.
• Provide tool-agnostic guidance to improve prompts without taking over tasks.
