The ideal candidate communicates clearly with Western audiences and can simplify technical concepts for non-technical participants, delivering engaging sessions and practical results.

Qualifications

• Strong full-stack development experience with React and Python.
• Hands-on experience using AI coding tools (Claude, OpenAI Codex or similar).
• Excellent English with clear, professional communication for Western clients.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills for live virtual workshops.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in simple, business terms.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual training sessions for groups of 7–8 participants.
• Teach business users to build simple web apps with AI coding tools.
• Guide participants through creating apps with React frontend.
• Demonstrate prompting techniques for AI-assisted development.
• Help debug AI-generated code and troubleshoot issues.
• Deliver lessons using existing decks and live demonstrations.
