Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic, engaging, and highly adaptable In-Person AI Video Production Instructor to lead our face-to-face training sessions. Unlike an online course, this role requires a trainer who can command a room, guide students through live labs, and troubleshoot technical issues on the fly. You will lead students through hands-on exercises—from prompt engineering cinematic b-roll to automated timeline editing—ensuring every student leaves the session with a fully finished, AI-assisted video project.

The training program will run for three consecutive days (Friday to Sunday), from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and is scheduled once a month to avoid conflicts with regular office hours.

Skills Required

• Prompt Engineering: Expert in text-to-video, image-to-video, and video-to-video workflows.
• Cinematic AI: Hands-on experience with Kling AI, Runway, and OpenAI Sora 2.
• Specialized AI Engines: Familiar with Google Veo, MiniMax Hailuo, and Seedance/WAN.
• Synthetic Performance: Skilled in facial-mapping, talking-head, and voice tools (Hedra, ElevenLabs).
• AI Post-Production: Experience with Topaz Labs (upscaling) and Descript or CapCut (text-based editing).
• Video Editing: Highly proficient in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve, plus After Effects.
• Color Grading: Solid background in professional color correction and cinematic grading.
• Audio Engineering: Experienced with dialogue cleanup, sound design, and mixing.
• Scriptwriting: Ability to structure video narratives and scripts optimized for AI generation.
• Syllabus Mapping: Able to turn personal workflows into lessons and projects (no teaching experience required).
• Classroom Presence: Engaging, patient speaker who can hold an audience's attention for hours.
• Technical Agility: Quick to pivot to pre-rendered backups if live AI servers lag.
• AI Portfolio: A strong showreel demonstrating high-quality generative AI video content.
