Job summary

iSupport Worldwide seeks a Creative Operations Specialist to bridge our AI-driven platform with brand-compliant assets for client campaigns. This fully remote contractor role involves AI-assisted creative generation, advanced Photoshop editing, and asset management within Figma and Drive.

You will work asynchronously across multiple client accounts, ensuring on-brand quality, scalable templates, and efficient delivery in a fast-paced AI-native environment. Strong independence is required.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years direct experience in retouching and photo-editing, agency or in-house ads preferred.
• Expert-level Photoshop editing, compositing, and manipulation.
• Figma proficiency for templates, file management, and asset organization.
• Experience with generative AI tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly or similar).
• Strong English written communication for async collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end creative workflow: intake, AI generation, editing, resizing, template application, quality review and delivery.
• Apply professional Photoshop skills across color correction, inpainting, object removal, masking and compositing.
• Manage assets in Figma and Google Drive with clear naming conventions.
• Maintain brand compliance and high-quality outputs across multiple client accounts in a fully remote setup.
