Responsibilities include AI-assisted generation, end-to-end workflow, cross-platform formatting, and strict adherence to brand guidelines. Strong async communication and independent work are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of direct experience in retouching and photo-editing, agency or in-house preferred.
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Figma proficiency for template creation and asset management.
• Strong brand consistency and visual quality standards.
• Experience with generative AI creative tools.

Responsibilities

• Generate creative content for client campaigns with AI platform.
• Manage end-to-end creative workflow from brief to delivery.
• Adapt content across platforms to meet campaign specifications.
• Support planned pipelines and time-sensitive client requests.
• Create and maintain templates in Figma and asset libraries.
• Quality review and ensure brand compliance.
