Job summary

iSupport Worldwide in Pasig City (Onsite) seeks a Creative Operations Specialist to transform AI-generated content into brand-compliant marketing assets for digital campaigns. You will manage end-to-end creative workflows, edit with Adobe Photoshop, organize assets in Google Drive, and maintain Figma templates to support multiple client projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Advertising, Visual Communication or related field preferred.
• 2–3 years experience in photo editing, retouching, creative production or advertising visual design.
• Advanced proficiency in Photoshop including retouching, compositing, color correction and image enhancement.
• Experience with Generative AI tools such as Midjourney or Adobe Firefly.
• Proficient in Figma for template creation, asset organization and collaboration.
• Experience managing digital assets via Google Drive and file management systems.
• Knowledge of Meta advertising formats and campaign asset adaptation.
• Strong attention to detail, brand compliance, and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Utilize AI platforms to generate marketing content for campaigns across industries.
• Execute end-to-end creative production: brief intake, scoping, AI generation, asset selection, image editing, resizing, template application, quality review, final delivery.
• Adapt assets for Meta and other digital channels, and for scheduled or urgent production timelines.
• Perform advanced Photoshop edits including color correction, image enhancement, generative fill, retouching, and background replacement.
• Manage logo/text replacements, cleanup, retouching, and visual enhancements while upholding brand standards.
• Create, organize and manage Figma templates per file naming standards.
• Maintain organized digital asset libraries using Google Drive and standardized workflows.
• Conduct detailed QA of AI-generated images to identify inconsistencies and brand issues.
• Document workflow improvements and collaborate asynchronously with stakeholders.
• Identify risks, propose solutions, and ensure timelines across multiple client accounts.
