The Global Talent Co. is seeking a Social Media & Content Operations Assistant (AI-Driven) to support an AI-powered real estate branding and deal-flow system. This fully remote, full-time role emphasizes execution, organization, and adherence to structured AI workflows, with Claude as the core tool.

You will execute content, manage leads, handle outreach, and operate inside AI-driven workflows daily. Strong written English, 2–5 years in related roles, and proficiency with CapCut, Canva, Google

Qualifications

• Must have strong written English (clear, professional communication).
• 2–5 years in social media execution, VA/ops, or community/lead handling.
• Experience using CapCut, Canva, Google Workspace and CRM tools.
• Able to follow structured AI-driven workflows with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Execute content and upload across platforms using AI workflows.
• Edit talking-head videos with templates; add captions and overlays.
• Follow content formats and templates to ensure output consistency.
• Manage leads: respond to DMs, qualify, and log in CRM.
• Outreach to UAE real estate agents and track deals in the system.
• Manage WhatsApp communities: engagement and follow-ups.
• Operate daily inside AI tools (Claude) to generate scripts and outputs.
