Hunt St is seeking an AI Marketing Operations Specialist for Dumaguete, Philippines. The role focuses on marketing systems, CRM automation, and AI-driven lead workflows in a full-time contractor arrangement.

You will automate lead capture, qualification, and follow-up across Pipedrive, Close.com, and Basecamp, while building AI-driven sequences and optimizing paid campaigns for quality leads. Collaboration is key across teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in marketing operations, digital marketing, or growth/automation roles.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms – Pipedrive and/or Close.com strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience building automated workflows using Make.com, Zapier, or similar.
• Solid understanding of Meta and Google Ads – focused on lead quality.
• Experience with AI tools applied to marketing or operations (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, AI agents, n8n).
• Strong English communication skills – written and verbal.
• Analytical mindset – comfortable pulling data and making recommendations.

Responsibilities

• CRM Automation & Lead Workflows: Set up automated lead capture, qualification, and follow-up workflows across Pipedrive, Close.com, and Basecamp.
• Build AI-driven sequences to contact and pre-qualify inbound leads and route them to the right team member.
• Identify duplication and inefficiencies across the three CRM systems and recommend consolidation or integration strategies.
• Marketing Operations: Support optimised paid marketing spend across Meta and Google to improve lead quality and ROI.
• Manage and improve email marketing workflows, nurture sequences, and automated client communications.
• Monitor campaign performance and report on lead volume, cost per lead, and conversion rates.
• AI Integration: Identify opportunities to deploy AI tools and agents and document new AI-assisted processes.
• Ongoing Operations: Roll out improvements with the founders and Philippine partner; cross-train with the Dumaguete team.
• Work from the Dumaguete office – in-office presence preferred for compliance and collaboration.
