Job summary

Hunt St Pty Ltd is seeking Philippines-based candidates for an Admin & AI Automation VA engaged as an independent contractor. The role focuses on day-to-day admin support, building dashboards, automations using Claude Code and Airtable, and improving internal systems.

You will align with AU business hours (7:00am–4:00pm AEST, Mon-Fri) with contractor flexibility. Remote work from home; training provided; construction experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with AI/automation workflows or Airtable, with the ability to quickly learn the other
• Excellent written English and confident, professional email communication
• High attention to detail and accuracy in docs and data
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities

• Build and refine internal dashboards and apps using Claude Code and Airtable interfaces
• Set up and maintain Claude and Airtable automations supporting workflows
• Handle builder documents and compliance paperwork (SWMS, SDS, certificates)
• Complete and send routine forms and standard paperwork
• Daily job scheduling and coordination with site teams
• Maintain and improve Airtable base with data entry and forms
• Monitor automations and fix issues before they impact the team
• Create and update SOPs as workflows evolve
• Provide estimating support for larger or time-sensitive projects (training provided)
• General admin support as directed by the Senior Admin
