Job summary

Hunt St is seeking a Philippines-based Admin & AI Automation VA to support day-to-day administration and help advance internal systems. You will work with Claude Code, Airtable, and other business tools to automate workflows and develop dashboards. Training will be provided by the Senior Admin, with collaboration aligned to AU business hours.

The role offers 100% remote work for an Independent Contractor and requires a proactive learner who can manage multiple priorities in a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience with AI/automation workflows or Airtable, with ability to learn the other quickly.
• Excellent written English and professional email communication.
• High attention to detail and accuracy when handling documentation and data.
• Strong organisational and time management skills to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work independently and remotely, taking ownership of tasks.

Responsibilities

• Build and refine dashboards and apps using Claude Code and Airtable interfaces.
• Set up Claude and Airtable automations to support daily workflows.
• Handle requests for builder docs and compliance certificates.
• Complete standard paperwork and routine forms.
• Schedule daily activities with site teams and coordinate logistics.
• Maintain and improve Airtable bases, tables, and interfaces.
• Monitor automations and fix issues before they impact the team.
• Develop SOPs as workflows are built and improved.
• Provide estimating support when needed for larger projects.
