This high-impact IC role reports to Head of Engineering on a small elite team, with AI leverage at the core of the engineering strategy and opportunities to shape the future of AI-native development at OnRamp.

Qualifications

• Strong fundamentals: system design, data modeling, APIs, debugging, testing.
• Experience integrating AI into production software with verifiable results.
• Ability to ship features end-to-end in AI-enabled environments.

Responsibilities

• Ship enterprise-grade features end to end with AI in the loop.
• Direct coding agents to multiply effort and parallelize workstreams.
• Own the quality bar: architecture, reviews, tests, guardrails for AI-generated code.
