Job summary

A7 Recruitment Corporation is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead AI/LLM projects and ensure strong operational performance, governance, and service delivery in a remote, dayshift-friendly setup.

You will oversee SOW and SLA adherence, manage transitions and resource deployment across departments, and develop Team Leaders. A technology-driven mindset and deep experience in operations and people management are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in operations and people management.
• Experience with Generative AI, data labeling/annotation, content moderation or Trust & Safety.
• Experience transitioning from traditional BPO to AI programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall operational performance and governance of AI/LLM projects.
• Ensure day-to-day operations meet SLA and SOW requirements.
• Lead transitions, setup and expansion activities across functions.
• Coordinate resources across Technology, Finance, HR, Security, Facilities and Communications.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Develop Team Leaders and operations teams.
• Drive excellence and on-time project delivery.
