Orbitant seeks AI Engineers (mid and senior) to design, build, and deploy production-grade AI systems using LLMs for international clients. The role emphasizes a strong Python base, agent orchestration experience, and a mindset focused on measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Experience building production systems with LLMs: agents, RAG, generation pipelines, automations.
• Solid Python as your main working language.
• Hands-on knowledge of an agent/workflow orchestration framework (e.g. LangGraph, LangChain).
• Experience designing evaluations and traceability of LLM-based systems (Langfuse or observability tool).
• Real understanding of prompt engineering: structuring, few-shot, CoT, tool use.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship AI agents and LLM-based systems for national and international clients — from scoping to deployment and operation.
• Take projects from pilot to production with evaluations and traceability.
• Implement and maintain RAG systems over client documentation.
• Design multi-step agent and workflow architectures with state management and cost control.
• Build evals (offline and online) with Langfuse and measurable outcomes.
• Integrate MCP servers and connect agents with client systems (ERPs, CRMs).
• Contribute to Orbitant's internal AI-first platform with reusable components.
• Collaborate with business teams to define outcomes before architecture.
