Job summary

Legora is seeking an experienced operator to own and scale strategic Legal Engineering programs across the UK. You will operate at the intersection of strategy, client delivery, and operational excellence to translate initiatives into measurable outcomes.

You will partner with the Director of Strategic Programs, Legal Engineering leadership, and client stakeholders to drive end-to-end AI deployments while continuously improving delivery.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, or implementation-focused roles.
• Proven ability to lead multi-stakeholder programs end-to-end.
• Experience in professional services or high-performance environments.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic program delivery across the UK market.
• Translate ambiguous goals into structured, executable plans with milestones.
• Act as the single point of accountability for program progress, risks and outcomes.
